Nick Topham is a qualified Marine Engineer with over 30 years experience in the shipping industry. With sea going experience on refrigerated cargo vessels and container vessels, he has also gained experience with bulk carriers, chemical tankers, tankers, offshore vessels and Service Operational Vessels (SoVs) for the wind industry in the 18 years that he has held shore based positions.
With previous experience as a Technical Superintendent, Technical Manager, and Fleet Director he presently holds the position of Managing Director for BSM Deutschland.

André Risholm is a Naval Architect with a background from the offshore shipping sector. Working in ship management, newbuilding project management and higher level technical fleet management, he has mostly been based in Norway and Brazil. André Risholm holds a M.Sc in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and is the Founder & CEO of Amon Maritime.
